September 1999 - August 2008Jay founded BLUE in Singapore with US$10,000 in angel funds and two junior employees. From that third floor walk-up apartment he grew the organisation into the global powerhouse that it is today, voted "Agency Of The Year" in 2009. This has allowed BLUE to operate as a partner to some of the most respected FORTUNE 100 marketers across the globe.
